We are currently seeking a Family Recovery Support- Program Manager who will oversee the implementation and daily operations of the Family Recovery Support Program, a trauma-informed initiative supporting families impacted by substance use through parent education programs, supervised visits, and individualized support.
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Location: Gloucester and community work within Essex County including correctional facilities
Pay range: $36-$39 based on education and experience

About the Role:
- Office setting (Gloucester and Beverly) as well as community-based work.
- Lead program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Supervise community support workers and Nurturing Program group facilitator.
- Coordinate with partners (e.g., Beverly Hospital, ECSD, DCF).
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting.
- Oversee data collection and collaborate with evaluation partners.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of program management experience
- Familiarity with substance use recovery, family systems, and trauma-informed care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual skills are considered an asset
- Lived experience with substance use recovery or kinship caregiving strongly preferred.
